This tourist destination is known for its magnificent beaches, scenic trails, and historic architecture. Here is a little history about San Clemente.

San Clemente was founded by Ole Hanson in 1925, who purchased 2,000 acres of land after being impressed by the pleasant climate, fertile soil, and beautiful beaches on the island. He felt the area would be a perfect destination for those who wanted a peaceful life on the island. San Clemente was incorporated as a city on February 27, 1928.

Architectural designs in San Clemente have a Spanish-inspired style, all thanks to the founding father of this island, Ole Hanson. He added a clause to all deeds that mandated any building plan be submitted for an architectural review to ensure the buildings on the island retained the Spanish Colonial Revival style influence.

INDOOR AIR QUALITY

Healthy Living and Your HVAC System

According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the average home’s air is up to five times more polluted than the air outside. This government conclusion is supported by in-home air test results from across North America. Nearly every house (96%) had at least one indoor air quality problem, according to the EPA.

This data alone demonstrates how essential indoor air quality (IAQ) is to all of us. Unfortunately, there are a number of distressing IAQ facts. The good news is that poor indoor air quality can be remedied. There are methods to reduce pollen, dirt, pet dander, dust mites, germs, viruses and mold in the home and office.

AIR SCRUBBERS

Air scrubbers are important equipment for cleaning and deodorizing an area that has been contaminated by air pollutants such as noxious gases, organic fumes, dust, mold, and other hazardous particles. Water damage, fire damage, sewer damage, and just regular air pollution can all produce these pollutants. Water/fire damage repair professionals, construction workers, and janitorial service companies may all profit from having an air scrubber on hand. If you spend a lot of time in cramped places, there are portable air scrubbers that may help. Air Industries has a variety of air scrubbers to choose from.

Air Purifiers

Air purifiers assist us in ensuring that the air we breathe is as clean and pure as possible. Clean, fresh air is just as vital to our health as the foods we consume. Air purification, which ensures improved air quality, ranks among one of the most important elements in our health, making it a top priority for us. We’ve carefully chosen each of our Air Purifiers to best protect you and your family’s health so you can breathe easily, based on our knowledgeable air purifier staff, hands-on testing and training, and client feedback like yours.
